The Three Ages of the Interior Life : Prelude of Eternal Life (Les Trois Ages de la Vie Interieure) is a book written by French theologian Reginald Garrigou-Lagrange, published in 1938 and 1939 in two volumes, while teaching at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas (Angelicum), Rome from 1909 to 1960. He was the instructor of Theology for St. John Paul II while he studied at the Angelicum.
