Package the Books
Carefully place the books in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
